  • Invoice number
  • Purchase date (maximum 30 days)

Add warranty card photo (multiple MODENA products allowed).

  • Make sure all labels are visible and not covered
  • Only supports JPEG or PNG formats (up to 5MB)

  • Use proper lighting so the photo is not too dark

  • QR code (if available)
  • Product information
  • Store stamp or seal (if any)

Product Serial Number

Add photo of product serial number (multiple MODENA products allowed).

Panduan foto:

  • Nomor seri harus terbaca jelas
  • Jangan memotret terlalu dekat hingga blur
  • Hanya mendukung format JPEG atau PNG (hingga 5MB)
  • Gunakan pencahayaan yang cukup agar foto tidak terlalu gelap
  • Pastikan label tidak terpotong atau tertutup

Pastikan terlihat:

  • Label model
  • Label nomor seri
  • QR code (jika ada)
